Hapimag Resort St. Michael is located in the Salzburger Lungau region, nestled between crystal-clear mountain lakes and idyllic hiking trails. With 110 apartments, the resort features an indoor pool, sauna and wellness area, children’s and youth playrooms, a mini-shop, and the “Herzstuben” restaurant with 80 seats and a terrace.

Our resort is currently looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to strengthen our kitchen team

What you can expect

• Responsible for the hygiene on your ward and compliance with the HACCP concept.
• Discuss and execute daily tasks with the Head Chef.
• Prepare “mise en place” for the following days.
• Prepare your own station for service.
• Restock and clean your station after service.
• Take over other stations during afternoon shifts or holiday cover.

What you bring along

• Completed culinary training and professional experience as a Chef de Partie.
• Clean work ethic and ability to work in a team.
• Passion for sustainable dishes made from fresh, local products.
• Good German language skills; other foreign languages are a plus.
